The PolyGel 6042-LT Hot Cold Compress Shoulder Wrap provides patients relief from all types of shoulder pain. It is useful for tendonitis, bursitis, rotator cuff injuries, strains, swelling, soreness and post-surgery recovery. The wrap provides consistent pressure throughout the shoulder while also directing heat therapy or cold therapy deep into the muscle tissue. The wrap helps minimize hematoma, edema, hemarthrosis and pain. The wrap has an adjustable hook and loop fasteners, which hold the reusable PolyGel packs in place. The wrap can be used for providing thermotherapy, cryotherapy or circumferential compression therapy.

This sling supports the user’s shoulder, arm, wrist and hand. It is held in place with two shoulder straps that distribute the weight of the arm across the user’s back. The padded shoulder straps have Y-tabs so they can be adjusted to suit the user’s needs. This sling comes with a separate piece of material that wraps around the arm and body to immobilize the shoulder.
