SOCRATES WOODEN BAR is a bed conceived for home care and long-term care facilities. It is completely electrical and, thanks to the specially designed wire bed frame with four sections that are jointly or independently articulated, allowing the patient to assume the most comfortable position possible, from lying down through to sitting up.
The frame is made entirely of painted steel and the wooden slats increase patient comfort. The wooden panels make the product particularly suitable for both home environments and nursing homes. They are located on both sides and can act as a barrier or be lowered if not in use. The fastening mechanism is locked and can be released by pressing the side button.
The various bed movement features can be activated by both the caregiver and the patient using the controls on the hand control. Trendelenburg and anti-trendelenburg function thanks to two actuators positioned at the ends.
